Kwankwaso Will Overcome Tinubu’s Weak Leadership – NNPP

The Chairman of the All Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), Hashimu Suleiman Dungurawa, has expressed confidence that the party’s National Leader, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, will secure a landslide victory across all 36 states of the federation in the 2027 presidential election.

Dungurawa made this statement during an interview with journalists in Kano on Thursday, asserting, “President Bola Tinubu’s anti-people policies have already handed Kwankwaso a strong advantage in the upcoming general elections.”

He emphasized that the NNPP has established offices and built structures across the states and local governments, signaling that the party is poised to win both state and federal seats in 2027.

Reflecting on the party’s progress, Dungurawa noted the party’s successes in 2024 and shared that well-thought-out strategies are in place for 2025. “You are all living witnesses that we are fortunate to have a GOD-fearing governor who has restructured Kano in terms of infrastructure, empowerment, and human development,” he said.

“Kano can now compete with any modern city globally, especially with the state-of-the-art facilities now available in both metropolitan and rural areas.”

However, Dungurawa also pointed to the alleged plans by the federal government to turn the country into a one-party system as a major challenge. He urged the government to focus on implementing policies that would alleviate the people’s suffering and avoid introducing any measures that go against the aspirations of the populace.

He also refuted rumors about Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso’s potential defection to the All Progressives Congress (APC), calling it an unfounded attempt to tarnish the image of their leader.
