Trust Africa Media, publishers of Kano Times and Net Gazette, has felicitated with Ramatu Garba of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) following her election as the Financial Secretary of the Kano State Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ).
In a statement, the organization said Ramatu’s unopposed election reflects the trust and confidence her colleagues have in her.

It continued, “As you take on this responsibility, we trust that your years of journalistic excellence and professionalism will reflect in how you handle the chapel’s finances—with transparency, accountability, and a deep sense of duty.”
The statement ended with, “Once again, we salute your achievement. May your tenure be marked by progress, trust, and growth for all members of the Correspondents’ Chapel.”
