The Deputy Senate President, Senator Barau I. Jibrin, has congratulated the member-elect for Ghari/Tsanyawa State Assembly Constituency, Hon. Garba Yau Gwarmai, following his victory in the recent by-election.
Receiving Hon. Gwarmai and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from his constituency on Sunday, Senator Jibrin said, “I congratulate Hon. Gwarmai on his victory and urge him to justify the trust and confidence reposed in him by the good people of his constituency.”
He further commended party members, stating, “I also salute the commitment and loyalty of our party members and supporters who worked tirelessly to ensure this success.”
Senator Jibrin stressed the importance of unity and continued progress, adding, “Together, with unity of purpose, we shall continue to consolidate the gains of our democracy and deliver on the Renewed Hope agenda for the progress of our state and country.”
