President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will on Friday, September 19, embark on a one-day visit to Kaduna State, the Presidency has announced.
According to a statement signed by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, President Tinubu will attend the wedding ceremony of Nasirudeen Yari and Safiyya Shehu Idris in Kaduna.
Nasirudeen is the son of Senator Abdul’aziz Yari, who represents Zamfara West in the National Assembly.
The statement further disclosed that the President will also pay a courtesy visit to Aisha Buhari, the widow of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari, at her residence in Kaduna.
President Tinubu is scheduled to return to Abuja later the same day after the visit.
