Nigerian President Bola Tinubu on Sunday congratulated his son, Seyi Tinubu, on his 40th birthday, describing him as a focused and humble man whose achievements continue to make the family and the nation proud.
In a statement personally signed by the president, Tinubu praised Seyi for his determination, leadership, and commitment to service, saying he has “walked his path with focus, courage, and humility.”
“Today, as you turn forty, I thank Almighty God for your life and the man you have become. You have done so with a heart that seeks to build, serve, and uplift others,” the president said.
Tinubu noted that Seyi had shown leadership instincts from an early age, commending his ability to “turn ideas into institutions and challenges into opportunities.”
“In business and in service, you have shown that true success is not measured by wealth or power but by the impact we make and the lives we touch,” he added.
Describing 40 as “a bridge between youthful drive and deeper wisdom,” Tinubu lauded his son’s discipline, integrity, and devotion as a husband and father.
“Our entire family is proud of you,” he said. “You have made us proud, and I know you will continue to make Nigeria proud.”
