The Management and Board of Trust Africa Media Nigeria Ltd., publishers of Kano Times and Net Gazette, have congratulated the Kano State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, on his promotion to the rank of Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) by the Police Service Commission.
