Muhammad Jamu Yusuf, Special Adviser on National and International Public Relations to Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, has announced his resignation from the position, citing the need to focus on spiritual duties during the fasting period.
In a statement posted on his verified Facebook page on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, Yusuf expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve in the governor’s administration.
“Alhamdulillah and Barka Da Sallah to all friends and well-wishers. For your information, I have decided to resign from my appointment as Adviser to the Kano Governor, effective March 16, 2026.
