A Councillor representing Kinkiba Ward in Soba Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Mr. Sunusi Hashim, has appointed 18 special advisers to strengthen grassroots administration.
The councillor inaugurated the appointees on Sunday at L.E.A. Primary School, Kinkiba, in the presence of party stakeholders, traditional rulers, religious leaders, and community members.
Hashim said the appointments were in recognition of the appointees’ loyalty and commitment to the development of the ward.
“I urged them to serve with respect, integrity, honesty, transparency and compassion for the people. My ambition is to work collaboratively as a team for the development of our community and the advancement of our great party,” he said.
He thanked Gov. Uba Sani for supporting councillors across the state, particularly with the provision of fertiliser for farmers, and pledged alignment with the governor’s development agenda.
The newly appointed advisers will oversee works, social development, political and public affairs, health, education, women affairs, youth, agriculture, media, finance, and stakeholder engagement, among others.
