A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Ibrahim Ali Amin “Little,” has praised the decision of the party’s governors’ forum to ensure strict adherence to the constitution and guidelines for the election of party executives in the upcoming state, local government, and ward congresses.
The Kano PDP chieftain noted that the governors’ stance, articulated at their recent meeting in Enugu, underscores the party’s dedication to reclaiming Nigeria in the 2027 general election.
Ali-Amin, a grassroots mobilizer and former gubernatorial candidate in Kano, emphasized that conducting free, fair, and transparent congresses will attract more Nigerians to the party, highlighting that PDP offers more hope than any other political party.
He urged all party members in Kano to unite in advancing the PDP, expressing confidence that the party leadership will adhere to the provisions of the party’s congress and electoral guidelines in the upcoming congress and election of the Kano executives.
Reaffirming his commitment to working for the PDP at all levels for ultimate victory, he stressed that Nigerians need to be rescued from current hardships through sincere and committed leadership, which the PDP is prepared to provide.
