The All Progressives Congress (APC) has released its timetable and schedule of activities ahead of the 2027 general elections.
In a statement issued on Monday night, the party’s National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Argungu, disclosed that the cost of nomination and expression of interest forms for presidential aspirants has been fixed at N100 million.
According to him, the expression of interest form is pegged at N30 million, while the nomination form costs N70 million.
Argungu further stated that governorship aspirants will pay N10 million for the expression of interest form and N40 million for the nomination form.
He added that Senate aspirants are expected to pay N3 million for the expression of interest form and N17 million for the nomination form, while House of Representatives aspirants will pay N1 million and N9 million respectively.
For State House of Assembly positions, the party fixed the expression of interest form at N1 million and the nomination form at N5 million.
The APC also said female aspirants, youths and persons with disabilities would pay the full fee for expression of interest forms but only 50 per cent of the nomination fee.
On the timetable, the party announced that its presidential primary election will hold on May 15 and 16.
It added that the House of Representatives primary is scheduled for May 18, Senate on May 20, State Houses of Assembly on May 21, while governorship primaries will take place on May 23.
