Prince Adeniyi Adeyemi, who allegedly paraded himself as the Director-General of the purported Presidential Foreign Investment Promotion Council (PFIPC), has been arrested following a court-issued warrant.
Adeyemi’s arrest was confirmed in a video released by TVC News, which showed him in police custody.
The arrest followed an order by Justice Mohammed Umar on Tuesday after counsel to the Nigeria Police Force, Wisdom Madaki, made an oral application before the court seeking the defendant’s arrest.
