Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, immediate past National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been honoured as the National Grand Leader of the Grassroots Mobilisation Platform for Good Governance in Nigeria for Asiwaju and Shettima.
Comr. Mohammed Garba, Chief of Staff to Ganduje, disclosed this in a statement posted on his Facebook page.
Garba said the honour was in recognition of Ganduje’s contributions, commitment and efforts toward the success of President Bola Tinubu and the Renewed Hope Agenda.
He said the National Coordinator of the association, Comr. Osumiri Paul Efe, presented Ganduje with the association’s official roll-up banner and certificate of recognition on Thursday in Abuja.
According to him, Ganduje expressed appreciation to the association for the honour and the confidence reposed in him.
“Dr Ganduje commended the members for their commitment to grassroots mobilisation and urged them to remain united, dedicated and focused on mobilising support for President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima,” Garba said.
He added that Ganduje also urged the association to sustain its grassroots engagement and continue working toward promoting good governance and the success of the Tinubu-Shettima administration.
