Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University Kano (KHAIRUN) has unveiled its 16 undergraduate programmes, according to the university’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. Abdulrashid Garba.
“KHAIRUN is now a full-pledged university,” Garba said in a press briefing on Thursday in Kano. The official commissioning of the university is expected to be held on April 27.
The 16 programmes include three in allied medical science, three in engineering, and ten in science and computer courses.
“We specifically regard the official commissioning of the university as a time of reflections over the great efforts exerted by late Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu to see to the fruition of his nobel dream of establishing a university,” Garba said.
