Reform Win-Win (RWINWIN) has congratulated Quantity Surveyor Rabiu Suleiman Bichi on his appointment as Managing Director of the Hadejia Jama’are River Basin Development Authority by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a statement by RWINWIN Chairman Mallam Auwal Dankano, the organization acknowledged the appointment as significant for development.
“This appointment is a reflection of his dedication, expertise, and passion for Kano and the nation at large,” Mallam Dankano stated. “We are confident that Qs Rabiu Suleiman Bichi’s leadership will pave the way for job creation and increased food production, not only in the Northwest but across Nigeria.”

The organization affirmed its support for Bichi’s leadership in advancing agricultural development and water resource management.
